Audio Visuals - the strategy - where are we headed and how ?
This strategic discussion will hopefully provide an opportunity to meet with fellow AV makers; an opportunity to discuss activities, administrative problems and to air your ideas and opinions about the future of the AV medium in Victoria.
Questions that we might explore:-
The relevance of the medium in the camera club movement. Should we include video? What’s happening interstate and overseas?
Other possible issues are audio, copyright and fair use; the rise of Creative Commons.
Opportunities for cooperative education and AV projects/themes
Bring your lunch or South Melbourne Market is nearby.
A selection from the FIAP Permanent Collection of Audio Visuals
A variety of styles from different countries, recognised by FIAP and in the Collection.
Question and Answer session at the end over Tea & Coffee
