The Awards Dinner, Print Exhibition as well as the display of Digital and AV Interclub Competition entries will be at the same location.
VAPS will be holding its annual Convention at Echuca/Moama in 2026, where members of different clubs can socialise and learn more about photography. There will be presentations by guest speakers, workshops, and photographic excursions. It is a great forum for exchanging ideas about the activities of other clubs.
Supported and assisted by the Echuca Moama Photography Club, the convention is organised by a VAPS Committee member, the Convention Coordinator, who co-opts Committee members and others as required..

Features of the Convention include:
- Presentations by guest speakers who may be experienced or professional photographers or who may work in allied professions
- Workshops and outdoor location photo shoots conducted by experienced photographers
- The exhibition and showing of the annual VAPS Interclub Competition entries (Prints, Digital and AV)
- Saturday evening Awards Dinner and Friday evening pre-convention social opportunity.
- At the Awards Dinner there will be the presentation of awards for both years of club(s) membership and for service to the photography movement at a local club and Victoria-wide level.
- A Convention Catalogue which includes the following information is available at and after the event in both a printed and digital form
- Details of the Convention program
- Profiles of the lecturers and judges
- Recipients of VAPS year bars
- Winners of the Interclub Competition
